Process
The overall customer migration process is divided into four interlaced
phases.

Preliminary planning- We listen to
your needs and concerns and determine concrete goals. These goals
are prioritized and corresponding timelines are assessed.

Pre-move planning - Current
customer architectures are reviewed and then modified to meet migration-proposed requirements.
The customer works closely with DataMove to define a customer-specific
migration project plan and coordinate resources for all aspects of
the migration.

Execution – DataMove involvement
can vary greatly depending on the nature of the move and project
plan. Migrations
include a testing phase, migration phase, and verification.

Post-move wrap-up – Complete action items and
attend to any loose items, create lessons learned and elicit customer
feedback.

Once a strategy is developed with the client, DataMove will manage and
execute the migration from start
